You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name and keeping your password secure and you are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links (“Content”) that you submit, post, and display on rebatch.org service.
You must not create or submit unwanted email (“Spam”) to any rebatch.org members – accounts created with the primary intention to promote a product or service. In case of a considered Spam, the rebatch.org account will be closed and You may not create multiple rebatch.org accounts (max 2 should be enough). You must not create, submit or link any sexually explicit material, racist content or content glorifying violence and You must not use rebatch.org in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair rebatch.org service and especially rebatch.org reputation (rating) system.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your rebatch.org account. Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the rebatch.org service for any reason, without notice at any time and we have the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via rebatch.org internal messaging service or via internet mail. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.

Your account will also be terminated if it is used in a way the rebatch.org administration team regards as intentional abuse for the creation of misleading or iniquitous contents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates and third party service providers disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights, or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral or electronic. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or mobile device, loss of use, or loss of your user content. We do not guarantee that rebatch.org will always work properly.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any special, consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages, whether in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or your use of or attempt to use rebatch.org, including (but not limited to) damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data. This limitation on liability shall not be affected even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Governing law
Any claim or dispute between you and us arising out of or relating to this user agreement, in whole or in part, shall be governed by the laws of the State without respect to its conflict of laws provisions.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without giving effect to the conflict of law provisions or your actual state or residence.
The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
This agreement stats the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement rebatch.org and you regarding the Service, and this Agreement supersedes and replaces any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between rebatch.org and you regarding the Service.
