In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, Warner Bros. Pictures has indefinitely delayed the release of Christopher Nolan helmed sci-fi thriller Tenet. Initially scheduled for a July 17, 2020 release date, the film pushed for a premiere on July 31, 2020. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the feature film’s release date was postponed to August 12. In a statement, the makers finally took a call to indefinitely postpone Tenet’s release date owing to the public health crisis.
