Titles next to the names of HR leaders ensure that people instantly know they are certified, HR professionals. HR professionals, to get titles next to their name, prepare for examinations, they qualify it, and pay for it. As per the Payscale 2018 survey, around 55 percent of CHROs hold a certification.
